Drive the existing Sales Team
To set objectives, develop strategy, Annual planning and Execution of initiatives to achieve the company and brand objectives
Provide advertising and promotion strategy to support sales
Produce competitive analysis comparing the product with its key competitors
Manage the development of marketing and sales aid/promotion; materials for sales to effectively promote and sell the product
Develop reports and dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc) to meet managements requests and needs of the team
Good analytical skills for sales and strong market knowledge
Good knowledge of MS Office (specifically in MS Excel), Email and Internet
Good verbal, written communication and presentation skills
Excellent, interpersonal skills with out-of-the-box problem solving approach
Ability to handle demanding working environment
