Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admission Officer to join our growing team. The role involves managing the end-to-end admission process, coordinating with international universities, and supporting student recruitment operations.

1. Application Processing & Documentation

Manage the complete application workflow for universities across multiple countries.
Review student documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and eligibility.
Maintain updated application records, deadlines, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

2. University Coordination

Communicate daily with partner universities regarding admissions, requirements, pending applications, and updates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with university admission teams to ensure timely processing.

3. Student Support & Guidance

Assist students with application forms, documentation, and clarification of admission requirements.
Provide timely updates to students regarding their admission status and next steps.

4. Team Collaboration & Supervision

Supervise and mentor the Admission Assistant on task allocation and workflow management.
Coordinate with counselors, documentation teams, and management to ensure smooth operations.

5. Operational Management

Ensure adherence to university guidelines, compliance standards, and UniApply’s internal processes.
Prepare periodic admission reports and performance summaries for management.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Education, Management, or related fields preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, counseling, or education consulting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Professional, organized, and self-motivated personality.
Must own a two-wheeler for occasional field visits or meetings.
