Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Work together with the school administration and the Marketing Head to create and carry out thorough marketing strategies.
Manage the school’s website, ensuring it is up-to-date, informative, and engaging.
Plan and coordinate school events like Open House, Polaris, Welcome, Farewell and Graduation programs.
Organize and carry out outreach programs, such as school visits, open houses, fairs, and community events, to draw in potential students.
Oversee the whole application procedure, in order to guarantee prompt and correct application processing and offer assistance and help to parents and students throughout the admissions process.
Maintain and administer the admissions database, keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all queries, applications, and enrollments.
Work closely with the admission team to ensure higher student enrollment.
Communicate successfully with potential students and parents via email, phone, social media, and in-person meetings.
Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
Respond to parent’s inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and produce engaging and informative content for the school.

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Bachelor’s Degree in any other related subjects
Excellent communication skills in English and Nepali, as well as time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and an optimistic outlook.
Strong analytical abilities and data driven thinking
Proven experience in social media marketing with proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suites.
Background in agency work is valued
