  • Must have excellent communication and presentation skill.

Job Description

  • Understand admissions criteria for Australian colleges and universities
  • Check GTE / Genuine Temporary Entrant, genuine student criteria
  • Screen the student admission or offer applications against criteria
  • Communicate with students and agents for extra documents if necessary
  • Organise and issue offer letters and guide through visa documents
  • Help organize payments to colleges and COEs
  • Scan, print, record keeping assistance
  • Research and analysis of abroad education industry
  • CRM System management, database management, record keeping in student management
  • systems
  • Contact and develop referral partners and assist them with their business through us
  • Contact and develop referral relationship with high schools, colleges, smaller consultancies
  • Keep up to date with the visa rules and regulations and industry trends
  • Be an ethical role model to students and customers
  • Offer great service to our referral partners and improve customer service
