Looking for someone from management/businesses administration field to join with us in the journey of science and technology manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Supports the team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
Conduct fiscal reviews, surveys, and collect information on administrative matters
Able to take responsibility in handling a company related tasks to be updated to governmental bodies example VAT status update etc.
Assist with all budget activities, including accounting
Updating executives regarding day-to-day expenses and planning the operation
Traveling to different places within the valley and meeting different personnel for management and operation related tasks.

Qualifications

Revolutionary mindset to make change and face challenges
Patient if things not working the way and have always courage to change it.
Have a degree in management and or business with great passion learning on every step
Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Nepali
Should have sound understanding of taxation systems as per government’s act 2058
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Note : Preference will be given to female candidates.
