Admin/Finance Officer

Duration : Till December 2020
Duty Station : NHISP Office, Jwagal, Lalitpur

Major Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Document financial records and prepare financial reports in compliance with organization rules and policies
• Oversee administrative functions of project such as regular payment, contract management, filing system, assets and inventory management, purchasing and management of supplies
• Provide administrative support including preparing letters and documents, meeting minutes, workshop reports, and schedule appointments
• Manage human resource profile including attendance, payment of salaries and benefits of the project staffs
• Manage logistical arrangements during project activity implementation and business trip of project staffs
• Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Skills and Proficiency

• Bachelor-Degree in Business Administration, Business studies or Finance (Master: preferred
• Minimum three years of relevant work experiences in the area of accounting, finance administration
• Good understanding of working with development partners, government and in multi cultural environment
• Excellent skills in written English language, computer skills and preparing technical reports
