Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Duration : Till December 2020
Duty Station : NHISP Office, Jwagal, Lalitpur

Major Duties may include but are not limited to:

Document financial records and prepare financial reports in compliance with organization rules and policies
Oversee administrative functions of project such as regular payment, contract management, filing system, assets and inventory management, purchasing and management of supplies
Provide administrative support including preparing letters and documents, meeting minutes, workshop reports, and schedule appointments
Manage human resource profile including attendance, payment of salaries and benefits of the project staffs
Manage logistical arrangements during project activity implementation and business trip of project staffs
Any other tasks assigned by supervisor

Qualifications and Skills and Proficiency

Bachelor-Degree in Business Administration, Business studies or Finance (Master: preferred
Minimum three years of relevant work experiences in the area of accounting, finance administration
Good understanding of working with development partners, government and in multi cultural environment
Excellent skills in written English language, computer skills and preparing technical reports
