Job Description

  • Maintain day to day administrative work
  • Maintain Staff Personal absentee and leave record
  • Supervision of Office Assistant and Support staff
  • Maintain up-to-date financial records for preview of the Treasurer and Board
  • Coordinate for Office Bearer Meeting and Executive Board Meetings
  • To ensure that the Chamber policy, as established by the Board, is properly recorded in minutes.
  • Maintain Membership records and renewals
  • Screen application for German Business visa and issue recommendation letter
  • Facilitate and support to conduct Programs/Workshops/Seminars/Other Programs
  • Coordinate and linkage with government agencies, German Embassy, FNCCI, NTB, GIZ and relevant organizations in business development services in coordination with the Chief Executive
