Admin cum Counselling Officer

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/Operation
• A positive thinker, a change agent and strategist
• Strong knowledge and expertise in all aspects of Administration management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali languages
• Independent while working with high team spirit
• Efficient and excellent time management skills
• Excellent supervision and delegation abilities
• Strong headed, tactfulness and excellent situation handling abilities
• Proactive and perseverance
• Goal setting abilities
• Should be willing to work under pressure and during odd hours
• Should be sound knowledge in counselling for the corporate clients

 Note : Candidate with secretarial trained female will be highly preferred
