This position will involve working as an outsourced bookkeeping staff, making and building relationships with our clients, planning and supervising outsourcing engagements, as well as working to provide recommendations for improving and streamlining processes for the practice.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Raising invoices and recording of bills on daily basis
• Day to day book-keeping, reconciliation of customer payments and other expenses
• Checking new deals and agreements in CRM on daily basis and updating deals for MIS reporting
• Maintain inventory records, track inventory movement and keep it updated
• Assisting client with revenue/collection report and AR report on weekly basis
• Preparing MIS report and sharing it with management on weekly basis
• Frequent communication and following up with client for queries
