Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts & Bookkeeping Officer to maintain accurate financial records, process daily accounting transactions, and support the finance team in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Maintain bookkeeping records and financial documentation.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Support VAT, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
Coordinate with auditors and management as required.
Ensure proper filing and record-keeping of financial documents.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, BBS, BBA, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
