Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Prepare the purchase orders and sales orders
Daily Book keeping, prepare balance sheet, statements etc.
Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Provide financial information to management. Analyze financial information and recommend proper action
Comply with national and local requirement for reporting and tax. Give management advice for proper compliance and tax
Coordinate and handle with the auditor for yearly tax reporting
Manage administrative work

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Account
Must have minimum 1 year of experience in related field however freshers are encougared to apply
Must have creative and problem-solving attitude
Must have excellent written and verbal communications ability with people of all backgrounds
Should work efficiently under tight deadlines
Self-motivated, ability to work independently and as a team; however we will provide assistance for fresh candidate
Ability to work on own initiative
Excellent communication skills both in Nepali and English (writing & speaking)
Expert in use of MS Office and Accounting software i.e. Tally

Note: Ladies and strong knowledge of accounting are preferred
