Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage our financial transactions, ensure compliance with local tax regulations, and provide critical financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved.
Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Generate periodic financial reports for management review.
Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
Ensure timely payment of taxes and other statutory obligations.
Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Manage accounts payable and ensure timely payments to vendors.
Follow up on accounts receivable and ensure timely collection from clients.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Maintain organized records to ensure transparency and compliance.
Adhere to company financial policies and accounting standards.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an accountant.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and auditing standards.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive financial information.
