Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to support daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, recordkeeping, and general accounting tasks to ensure smooth financial management of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Assist in billing, invoicing, and voucher preparation
Handle daily cash and bank transactions
Support with tax and VAT filings
Coordinate with vendors and clients for payments and receipts
Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting
Provide administrative support to the finance department

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (BBS/BBA)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
Working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Swastik, etc.)
Good understanding of Nepali tax and VAT regulations
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Organized, honest, and able to handle confidential information
