Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Officer to manage financial operations, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support budgeting and reporting activities. The role requires strong analytical skills and knowledge of financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Should have knowledge of Letter of Credit ,TT and costing sheet for import of project related items
Maintain accurate financial records and accounts
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
Support management with financial analysis and reports

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (knowledge of accounting software is a plus)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills in English and Nepali
