Accountant

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, bookkeeping, and accounting software, along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing financial documents, reconciling accounts, and supporting management with accurate and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable
• Maintain and reconcile petty cash and process business expenses
• Sort financial documents and post them to the appropriate accounts
• Verify balances in account books and bank deposits
• Manage day-to-day financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with VAT, tax, billing procedures, and accounting standards
• Prepare management reports as required by the management
• Utilize accounting software (Tally ERP 9) and MS Office/Google Sheets for documentation and reporting
• Support day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate records
