Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintains financial records
Provides financial status information
Maintains general ledger accounts
Secures financial information by completing database backups; keeping information confidential.
Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies
Maintain general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries
Summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing a balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Prepare monthly financial statements, reports & records by collecting, analyzing, & summarizing a/c information
Review bank statements
Auditing & Verifying documents
Following internal audit & controls
Financial & profitability analysis on a requested basis.
