Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate records, and support overall financial planning and reporting for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily financial records including sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Conduct bank reconciliations, track cash flow, and manage petty cash.
Assist in budgeting, cost analysis, and forecasting for business operations.
Ensure compliance with local taxation, accounting standards, and company policies.
Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams for financial queries and clarifications.
Continuously improve accounting processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
Ethical and trustworthy, with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset and good communication skills.
Proactive, willing to learn, and adapt to new accounting methods or tools.
