Compliance with TDS requirements
Preparing legal briefs for Senior Management and Counsels
Monitoring Vat customs matters as per Nepalese Law
The job involves all day to day accounting, banking costing, taxation, statutory compliances, salary, TDS.
Should be able to prepare statuary financial statement, P&L accounts, Balance Sheets, Fixed assets, WIP schedule, construction company background will be preferred
