Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance.
Prepare and review invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment documents.
Assist in budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial planning.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of tax and statutory reports.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and other stakeholders.
Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
Provide financial information and reports to management for decision-making.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Good knowledge of taxation and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership and team-management abilities.
