Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, excellent numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Assist in preparing budgets, cash-flow statements, and financial forecasts.
Monitor and maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
Assist with tax-related documentation, VAT, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders when required.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and government regulations.
Support management with financial analysis and other accounting-related tasks.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in accounting is preferred.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Maintain company accounts using FinPro
Knowledge of VAT, TDS, tax, and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
