Vacancy Announcement: Accountant at Steward Strategies

Position: Accountant

Location: Tripureshwor, Kathmandu - 11

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate yearly audits and ensure compliance with tax clearance and other regulatory filings (Nagar Palika, Woda, OCR).
Handle accounting entries related to rent, banking, payrolls, maintenance, other income, expenses, purchases, and sales.
Perform bank statement reconciliation and oversee daily accounting operations.
Assist in budgeting and planning, including monthly budgeting and treasury management.
Conduct project analysis and evaluation to support financial decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (semi-qualified accounting certifications, such as ACCA, are a plus).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations, budgeting, and financial compliance.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
