Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of the book keeping and financial record keeping for smooth operation of the Kailash Home as well as preparing Finance report as per legal and statutory requirement. The duties include but not limited to:

Examine Bank and other financial to ensure accuracy
Ensure the statements and records comply with laws and regulations
Compute tax owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
Inspect account books and accounting systems up to date
Organize and maintain financial records
Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
Provide supports to Auditor for annual audits
Keep office finance and accounts very confidential and to be disclose only on the approval of General Manager

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor degree in Commerce, Business Studies or Business Administration with minimum 1 year experience in the similar position
Candidates are expected to have excellent knowledge of accounting, tally and basic office package with positive attitude
