Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Major Responsibilities:

S/he will be responsible for overall financial records and maintaining the books of accounts. S/he will also be responsible for communication, procurement, logistic management and other administrative works.

Other Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining books of accounts and necessary financial evidences required for auditory.
Responsible for Sales/Purchase entry and Revenue update on Inland Revenue Department.
Update of legal documents required for renew of the organization on concerned authorities. i.e., Office of Registration, Ward Office, Tax Office and Company of Office Register.
Knowledge of letter writing on both English/Nepali Languages.
Update of the office day to day activities on office Tracker.
Carryout any other responsibilities as required as assigned by the organization.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or Equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in independently handling financial accounting, and office book keeping.
Good command in Tally Software.
Two Wheeler driving License
