We are seeking a motivated Sr/ Jr Account Officer to join our team for Kathmandu, Butwal, Nepalgunj and other locations. As an Account Officer, you will play a critical role in managing our accounting processes and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting processes and maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
• Coordinate with other departments to collect financial data and create reports
• Assist with budget management and forecasting
• Conduct variance analysis and identify areas for cost reduction
• Respond to accounting inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures
• Assist with year-end audit and tax preparation processes
• Stay updated on industry regulations and changes in accounting standards
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports and presentations as needed
