We are seeking a strong and proactive Accounting Manager who believes that cash flow is the lifeline of a business and understands that financial discipline is the foundation for long-term success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily accounting operations including ledger management, journal entries, and reconciliations
Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital efficiently
Prepare financial statements, management reports, and cash flow analysis
Monitor inventory accounting and cost control measures
Ensure tax compliance and adherence to statutory requirements
Develop and implement internal financial controls and best practices
Provide guidance to the finance team and ensure accuracy in financial reporting

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of experience in a managerial accounting role
Strong knowledge of Nepalese taxation and statutory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
High integrity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage a team
