- Ensure that the general accounting records are properly maintained including monthly accruals, journal entries, financial analysis, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, etc.
- Monitor and control the proper accounting systems and procedures for payroll, payables, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and in the analysis of actual results compared to budget
- Review and negotiate modifications needed on construction contracts
- Administer overall risk and credit management for the company and projects. Maintain relationships with auditors and legal counsel
