Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
Should have the ability to effectively communicate daily campaign performance by producing all necessary reports in an effective, timely and tailored manner.
Should have solid knowledge of GAAP, accounting procedures, internal audit, internal controls, financial statements, and job costing

Ensure that the general accounting records are properly maintained including monthly accruals, journal entries, financial analysis, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, etc.
Monitor and control the proper accounting systems and procedures for payroll, payables, accounts receivable, cash management, fixed assets, general ledger, and financial reporting
Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and in the analysis of actual results compared to budget
Review and negotiate modifications needed on construction contracts
Administer overall risk and credit management for the company and projects. Maintain relationships with auditors and legal counsel
Work with executives to streamline and improve the accounting department
Manage Cash Flow
Liaison with Financial Institutions
