Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Officer to handle our company’s daily financial transactions, billing, and administrative operations. Since our business involves frequent cash flow and vendor/client dealings, the role requires accuracy, timeliness, and strong organizational skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting & Daily Transactions

  • Record and reconcile day-to-day sales, purchases, and payments.
  • Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
  • Track cash inflows and outflows to ensure smooth fund flow.
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of accounts.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and summaries for management.

2. Billing & Fund Management

  • Generate and verify bills for clients and vendors.
  • Ensure timely collection of receivables and settlement of payables.
  • Monitor expenses and support in cash flow planning.
  • Coordinate with banks for deposits, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
  • Deposit PF, GF, CIT & Tax work.

3. Administrative Support

  • Manage office supplies, logistics, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence.
  • Assist management in day-to-day operational tasks.

4. Inventory Management

  • Conduct regular (weekly or monthly) physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
  • Update the inventory sheet/software for all stock movements (inward & outward) in real time.
  • Ensure all entries are supported with proper documentation (purchase bills, dispatch notes, etc.).
  • Record all incoming materials, products, or supplies, and track outgoing dispatches accurately.
