S/he is responsible for implementation of all activities in communities/districts: motivate and organize the young people, coordinate with stakeholders, carry out the project activities, monitor the progress and support youth led initiatives, prepare case studies/stories and reports. project coordinator. Two officers are responsible for six districts and roles will be shared accordingly. This position reports to Project Coordinator.

Key qualification and competencies:

• Bachelor’s degree in social science/environment and minimum two years of experience.   
• Work experience with children, and youths and youth mobilization.
• Has skill to coordinate with municipal level stakeholders and deliver training contents including to young people.
• Adequate computer skill, such as Microsoft Office. 
• Able to communication effectively and have good facilitation skill.
• Has knowledge and skill of preparing case studies, success stories and writing reports.  

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Be responsible for implementation of project activities in communities/ districts.
• Motivate and organize the young people, implement youth mobilization and engagement activities and support youth led initiatives in districts.
• Coordinate project related stakeholders including municipalities and carry out the project activities.
• Support/assist the project team in preparing plans, execution of project activities ensuring timely implementation and monitoring in the field and periodic progress reports. 
• Prepare case studies/stories and activity reports. 
• Participate in and support advocacy initiatives, events and campaigns and their implementation in the districts.

Duration and working areas: September 2022 - December 2025(Kathmandu, Makwanpur, Kavrepalanchowk, Ramechhap, Dhading, Dolakha, Chitwan)
