Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified personnel for the Writer & Office Administrator position to join us in our Kathmandu office. We are looking for an individual who thinks big and can feel at home within our high-energy culture. 

Duties and Responsibilities of the Job

  • Generate well-written technical documents to assist clients with their visa applications.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.
  • Provide administrative support to the team for documentation, client correspondence and visa lodgement purposes 
  • Update and maintain client databases, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Create content and documents that address the critical nature of each case, considering the uniqueness of each situation.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards
  • Research any given topic and bridge gaps and inconsistencies to ensure alignment in style and delivery. 
  • Communicate and cooperate with clients and colleagues to understand the different cases and their prerequisites. 
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring smooth office operations.
