We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and proactive Communication Officer to join our team in Gairidhara, Kathmandu. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with strong verbal and written communication skills, an ability to multitask, and a passion for building client relationships

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Understand client requirements by asking relevant questions, verifying details, and researching issues to offer suitable solutions or alternatives.
Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication and engagement.
Accurately document all client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Respond to client inquiries via phone and email in a courteous and professional manner.
Meet individual performance goals while contributing to overall team targets, both qualitative and quantitative.
Conduct timely follow-ups and ensure accurate reporting to the relevant officers.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than 1 year

Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of communication tools and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure.
