1-3 year of experience in developing both frontend and backend of the web application
Expert in the LAMP platform (PHP, MySQL), and well versed with HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX and JQuery etc.
Experience of object oriented programming / modular programming (essential)
Strong database management and design (data normalisation, foreign key constraints, indexes) skills
Experience in Open Source Platforms like Wordpress & Magento
Good understanding of W3C technologies like XML, XHTML; good understanding of implementing unit testing
Strong exposure to the SDLC from the requirements and development stage to testing and QA
Experience working with third party APIs & coordinating with external vendors in integrating applications
Knowledge of Open Frameworks like Codeigniter /Zend

Position Description for Joomla and Wordpress Developer:

Should be Working on PHP, Joomla,Wordpress, MYSQL, XHTML ,CSS,JS (jQuery), Javascript
Should know how to develop plugins, components and modules
Should know how to develop Joomla custom templates from HTML
Developing and programming interactive applications and websites
Ensure that the web applications being developed satisfy the specifications
Experience of designing and developing E-commerce websites and creating optimized web pages, SQL queries, and database structures
Fluent in MySQL / SQL database backend website integration
