We are looking for a research analyst that shares our vision to join our team of analysts and builders.

The Role

This is a full-time research analyst position. As a research analyst, you will be expected to write reports, meet with builders, and present to a team of peers. You are expected to produce thematic reports based on our existing research frameworks, cover a number of protocols and applications per week, write monthly and quarterly reports, and assist in reviewing reports from your team members.

What you will do?

As a research analyst, you will use our existing templates and frameworks to conduct deep dive explorations of cutting-edge solutions and technologies in the web3 space. You will have the opportunity to learn from senior analysts with well over a decade in combined experience, participate in calls with builders and engineers, and work with your peers to consistently improve team performance.

You will be expected to perform the following tasks:

• Provide daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports on web3 solutions, protocols, and applications in a clearly structured format
•  Present your work to a team of peer analysts and builders
• Cover all aspects of the web3 ecosystem, including technology, markets, regulations, and protocol history
• Quickly learn research frameworks and tools to conduct thorough due diligence on protocols, projects, and teams
•  Consistently maintain the highest quality standard while working in a fast-paced environment
• Review your team members’ work and provide constructive feedback.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for curious individuals with a growth mindset and the ability to reason from first principles. The role also requires a team player who has clear writing, critical thinking, impeccable attention-to-detail, and is willing to solve tough and novel problems.

Familiarity with the web3 space is not required, but a drive to learn and understand web3 infrastructure and technologies is a must.

We prefer individuals with computer science degrees as the job requires an ability to evaluate the technical fundamentals behind projects and protocols.
