Institution for Suitable Actions for Prosperity (ISAP) is now implementing 5-year project named JNS Agriculture Promotion Project in Nepal (APPIN) funded by Japan Nepal Society (JNS), Tokyo. The project aims to increase the income of community people by encouraging the production and marketing of high-quality vegetables and fruits, thereby promoting business and industrialization of the agriculture sector. We are looking for the following position to successfully implement APPIN.

  • Applicant understands that it is a full-time placement position and must be willing to stay in District Site Office
  • Applicant must be a good team player
  • Applicant must possess a two-wheeler (motorbike) driver’s license

Job Description

The position holder will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist the District WASH Coordinator in monitoring skilled and unskilled laborers during the construction of water supply schemes
  • Tactfully respond to queries from the community members
  • Mobilize community members as and when required
  • Maintain stock book and handle procurement activities of the district office
  • Maintain record of Non-Local Materials
  • Assist the DWC in designing and conducting workshops for the Water Users' Committee and Village Maintenance Workers
