• 7-8 yrs. + years of experience in logistics and supply chain management in a Pvt. Ltd Company. ( Preferably Trading company)
• Positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
• Proficiency with email & MS office applications specially MS Word and MS Excel for reporting purpose.
• Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of employees, management & external parties to maximize work performance.
• Matured and preferably married of age 33 + and settled in Kathmandu with no intentions to relocate outside Kathmandu or abroad in the future.
• Experienced in supervising and managing labor and junior subordinates.
• Strong effective communicator.
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.

• Must be respectful to his seniors and management and obey the delegated works diligently.
• Must possess leadership skills and lead by example and must treat his subordinates and fellow colleagues with compassion and kindness.
• Must be truthful and honest in his dealings.
• Must not take additional leaves other than Saturday, and if necessary must also be ready to come to Saturdays if the work pressure demand / management wishes.
• Must be willing to work overtime depending on the work pressure and management decision from time to time.
• Must give his opinions to the management for the growth of the organization and must suggest ways to improve the current ways of operations in a polite, respectful and subtle manner.
• Must keep all the information of the company secret within himself, if the management feels any information was leaked by him to outsiders or within unintended internal stakeholders then the management has the complete right to penalize him financially, legally or both.
• Must possess leadership skills and lead by example and must treat his subordinates and fellow colleagues with compassion and kindness.
• Must be loyal to the company and help the company to realize its long term vision and goals
• The company holds the right to increase the salary or keep the same salary depending on the performance of the candidate. If there is any increment the company will inform the candidate after TIHAR holidays every year. The candidate cannot ask for any increment in the middle of the financial year except after TIHAR holidays.
