- 7-8 yrs. + years of experience in logistics and supply chain management in a Pvt. Ltd Company. ( Preferably Trading company)
- Positive attitude & desire to exceed expectations
- Proficiency with email & MS office applications specially MS Word and MS Excel for reporting purpose.
- Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of employees, management & external parties to maximize work performance.
- Matured and preferably married of age 33 + and settled in Kathmandu with no intentions to relocate outside Kathmandu or abroad in the future.
- Experienced in supervising and managing labor and junior subordinates.
- Strong effective communicator.
- Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.

- The company holds the right to increase the salary or keep the same salary depending on the performance of the candidate. If there is any increment the company will inform the candidate after TIHAR holidays every year. The candidate cannot ask for any increment in the middle of the financial year except after TIHAR holidays.
