Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management / Equivalent
2 years + work experience in related field in reputed hotel or restaurants
Excellent customer service is must
Up selling
Attentiveness and patience for customers
Active listening and effective communication skills
Strong Organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast – pace environment
Flexibility to work in shifts
