Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to lead business development and market expansion efforts in Nepal. The role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, identifying project opportunities, and supporting bidding and commercial activities in the infrastructure sector.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for business development and market information collection for the company in the Nepali market.
Assist the company in tracking local cash projects and investment projects, and conduct project information sorting and analysis.
Responsible for establishing and maintaining sound communication relationships with government departments, owners, partners, etc.
Assist the company in project development and bidding-related commercial work.
Participate in business negotiations, meeting coordination and external communication.
Assist the Chinese team in market research, customer visits and project promotion.
Maintain the company's local public relations and brand image.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Required Age:Less than 38 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Business Administration, Engineering Management, International Trade or related fields are preferred.
Fluent in English with excellent business communication skills.
Relevant work experience in infrastructure or engineering industry is preferred.
Familiarity with Nepali government departments, owners or industry resources is preferred.
Outgoing personality, strong communication skills and good customer relationship maintenance ability.
Strong market sensitivity and business coordination ability.
Able to adapt to project-based work rhythm and possess certain stress tolerance.
