Minimum Bachelor degree in Management or Human Resource or Business Administration or related field from recognized university

Job Description

Data entry and document management to assist with all areas of documentation and Vocational Department Management
To assist with all aspects of administration duties to ensure that the functioning of the Vocational Department will meet both the needs of the students and the external agencies in providing a quality education service of International Standard
Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records
Maintaining workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures
Resolving administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions
