Proven portfolio demonstrating quality storytelling through visuals and video
Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio equipment, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop)
Ability to operate professionally under field conditions – adapting to changing environments and lighting
Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
Experience in organizing, archiving, and tagging media files

Job Description

Visit project sites to capture videos and photos of activities and stories.
Take interviews of our entrepreneurs and short clips that show the impact of the organization’s work.
Edit videos and photos to make them clear, attractive, and ready for social media.
Organize and store all media files in a proper folder system for easy access.
Work with the social media team to create campaign content.
Be flexible to travel and work in different field locations as needed.

Note: This position involves on-site fieldwork in all Provinces.
