Key Responsibilities:

Cover news stories, events, and field reports through video content
Develop engaging visual storytelling concepts and scripts
Conduct interviews and gather information from field sources
Operate cameras and manage framing, lighting, and audio recording
Edit and produce high-quality news videos and digital content
Coordinate with editorial and production teams for timely news delivery
Ensure accuracy, creativity, and professionalism in reporting

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in video journalism, reporting, or content production is an advantage
Familiarity with video editing software and digital media platforms

Required Skills:

Strong visual storytelling and scripting skills
Knowledge of camera operation, framing, lighting, and audio recording
Video editing and post-production skills
Strong communication and interviewing abilities
Confidence in on-field reporting and news coverage
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Creative mindset with attention to detail
