Roles and responsibilities of this job
We are looking for a creative and self-driven Social Media Officer to handle our social media platforms, create content, shoot photos and videos, and develop fresh ideas for video ads. The candidate should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan and schedule posts regularly.
• Shoot photos and short videos for posts and reels.
• Edit photos using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Edit and produce short video reels for social media.
• Create new concepts and ideas for video ads.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages.
• Run and manage paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Update and manage website content on WordPress.
• Knowledge of SEO to help improve search visibility.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Track performance and share basic reports.

Required qualifications for this job
Other Specification
Experience managing social media accounts
Good with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Comfortable shooting photos and videos
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads
Familiar with WordPress (uploading content, basic edits)
Basic knowledge of SEO (keywords, meta tags, on-page optimization)
Familiar with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Creative mindset with fresh content ideas
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Good team player and communicator
Experience of 1 year in a similar role.
A portfolio of previous work is required
