About us:

We are a video editing company that works exclusively with clients based in the United States. Our team creates high-performing content for business owners, real estate professionals, coaches, and content creators who rely on video to grow their brands and generate leads.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to create engaging short-form and long-form video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills, a good understanding of social media content trends, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
Edit long-form YouTube videos and podcasts.
Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, music, and B-roll.
Follow brand guidelines and client feedback accurately.
Organize projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Work closely with project managers and quality control team members.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Educational Qualification:

High School (+2) completed or equivalent.
Degree in Multimedia, Film Production, Mass Communication, Design, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience:

Freshers with exceptional portfolios for paid internships may also apply.

Equipment Requirements:

Personal laptop or workstation capable of handling professional video editing projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience editing content for social media platforms.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools and workflows.
Understanding of audience retention and content performance metrics.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
Understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings.
Ability to source and utilize music, sound effects, B-roll, and stock footage effectively.
Basic knowledge of color correction, color grading, and audio balancing.

Personal Attributes:

Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions accurately.
Positive attitude toward feedback and revisions.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under deadlines without compromising quality.
Team player with strong communication skills.

Bonus Skills:

Motion graphics and animation.
Color grading.
Sound design.
Experience editing content for agencies, coaches, or real estate professionals.
Familiarity with AI tools and modern editing workflows.

Work Environment:

Full-time (Flexible timings), on-site position based in Pepsicola, Kathmandu.
Work primarily involves editing content for clients located in the United States.
Performance expectations are based on quality, reliability, communication, and deadline adherence.

Compensation & Growth:

Base Salary: NPR 25,000/month
Attendance Bonus: NPR 5,000/month
Overtime benefits will be provided as well
Additional bonuses are purely project and performance-based, depending on company performance, workload, and contribution.
