Job Description

Vendor Managers are integral to the success of Daraz.They are assigned specific product categories and are responsible for building and growing those categories.

  • Maintaining attractive content for a large and diverse portfolio of products
  • Managing price competitiveness, assortment and stock availability
  • Communicating with marketing team on promotions and campaigns
  • Liaising with suppliers concerning details of new and existing products, ensuring consistency
  • of the categories (pricing, products, banners, brands)
  • Collaborating with the production team on uploading new products on the website
  • Supporting the Electronic team in any related assignments
  • Working with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting brand performance on Daraz (operations, fulfillment services, marketing, finance etc.)

Qualities we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in science, engineering or business disciplines
  • Ideally previous experience in the electronics sector, corporate sales, advertising or client
  • relations
  • Negotiation track-record and demonstrated ability to influence others
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines
  • Strong ownership and attention to details
  • Action and solution-oriented mindset, comfortable in fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
  • Knowledge of Electronics products in Nepal
