Vendor Management Support

Cedar Gate Technologies is looking for Vendor Management Support in the Data department.

The Vendor Management Support is front-line support for Vendors and Clients for data acquisition and will be responsible for working with the internal team and vendors on any issues related to data acquisition, implementation, and release.

Job Description

• Coordinate with data vendors to meet client data requirements
• Understand and meet the timeline for the data acquisition required for implementation and production release
• Escalate and communicate any data acquisition issues impacting the implementation and release
• Coordinate with Implementation, Client Success, Legal, and Data teams to ensure vendor issues are communicated and resolved
• Escalate and Provide feedback for any known Client and Vendor issues as necessary
• Address day-to-day issues related to the Vendor contracts and work with internal partners to resolve issues in a timely manner
• Work on Salesforce application by creating reports
• Generate/review client billing reports
• Prepare and maintain documents
• Strives to meet or exceed service and operational goals established for the team
• Always maintain a high level of courteous client service
• Perform additional designated jobs as assigned
