How you will make an impact:

• Participate in design efforts that tackle complex problems and produce creative solutions with a focus on the user.
• Create high quality medium- and high-fidelity mockups and prototypes based on wireframes using Figma and Sketch.
• Partner with Product owner, business team to create prototypes used to test concepts and ideas with users.
• Partner with UI developers while documenting functional and design requirements.
• Communicate design concepts and provide clear explanations based on UI design best practices.
• Accept feedback from team members and clients; document next steps based on feedback.

What we look for (Required):

• Candidates should have a portfolio demonstrating their ability to solve business challenges through design. Please include a link to your portfolio when applying.
• Strong design aesthetic and attention to detail.
• 3+ years’ experience designing complex, interactive, customer-facing web sites. Experience working on native mobile apps a plus.
• 2+ years in a role working with a development team on interface execution.
• Proficient with Sketch/Figma.
• Familiar with UI design best practices and accessibility guidelines.
• Strong design, conceptual, and analytical skills with a focus on user experience
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable working on remote teams and integrating feedback from a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Solid front-end web development knowledge, including its capabilities & limitations: HTML and CSS expertise a must. Mobile App Development knowledge a plus. You wont code in this role but it’s important to know what can be done technically.
• Experience with design systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Factors, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field is preferred.
