• Designs and develops user interface (UI) concepts, prototypes and associated documentation based on high level requirements.
  
• Delivers detailed designs and functional UI prototypes which include visual look & feel, graphics and system navigation to ensure a rich and intuitive user experience.
  
• Following best practices of Design Thinking, conducts empathy interviews and possibly other user research using various methods (customer surveys, persona creation, user journey maps, etc.) with current users and potential users.
  
• Incorporates customer feedback to iterate the solution and improve the user experience, focusing on an engaging and user-friendly customer journey.
  
• Assists with quality assurance processes and managing design projects from inception to completion to ensure timelines, budget and quality expectations are met
