Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to enhance our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces and create seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities:

Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create and manage reusable Figma components for scalable and consistent design systems.
Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows, animations, and design concepts.
Conduct user research, including usability testing, to gather insights and improve designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
Optimize designs for usability and accessibility, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills in Figma and prototyping.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma and other relevant software.
Understanding of responsive design principles and frameworks.
Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure is a must.
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently is a plus.
