Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that strengthen brand identity, support marketing initiatives, and engage target audiences across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality digital assets, including social media creatives, advertisements, banners, presentations, infographics, and website graphics.
Create original logo concepts and visual identities that align with brand objectives.
Develop, maintain, and enhance brand identity systems, including color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and business teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
Produce creative materials for both online and offline marketing activities.
Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables and brand touchpoints.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project requirements.
Edit and optimize graphics for different platforms and formats.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
Stay updated on emerging design trends, creative tools, and industry best practices.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, branding, advertising, or a related field.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, branding, and digital design expertise.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
Experience with Canva, Figma, or similar design platforms is an advantage.
Understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design will be an added advantage.

Note: Competitive salary based on skills and experience (30,000-40,000)
