Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dedicated Tutor for an evening class to provide academic support to secondary-level students in Social Studies, Science, and Mathematics. The ideal candidate is passionate about teaching and experienced in helping students improve their understanding, confidence, and performance in these subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
Developing lesson plans and study materials tailored to students’ needs.
Assisting students with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
Assessing student progress and providing feedback to students and parents.
Adopting diverse teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles.
Encouraging a positive, disciplined, and engaging learning environment.
Collaborating with teachers and school staff to align tutoring with the school curriculum.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Studies, Science, or Mathematics.
Experience in teaching or tutoring secondary-level students.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Passion for teaching and supporting academic growth.
Willingness to work evening hours.
