Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Travel Sales Consultant at Aarya Village Travel P. Ltd. located in Kathmandu. As a Travel Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting clients with travel arrangements. Your day-to-day tasks may include booking flights, hotels, and transportation, managing travel itineraries, and providing recommendations and advice to clients. You will collaborate with a team of travel professionals to ensure a seamless and enjoyable travel experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Prior experience (3-5 years) minimum in Travel Industry is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Travel Consulting,Travel Management and Travel Arrangement Skills
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task,prioritise and manage time effectively
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple client requests simultaneously
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints or issues
• Attention to detail and accuracy in booking travel arrangements
• Familiarity with Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan destination is an asset
• A passion for travel and a willingness to stay updated on industry trends
