Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Coordinate and manage travel bookings (flights, hotels, transportation).
Provide customer support, handle inquiries, and resolve issues.
Create and manage detailed itineraries and travel documents.
Liaise with suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) for bookings and rate negotiations.
Monitor and manage travel budgets and expenses.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and documentation.
Address and resolve travel disruptions or issues.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the travel sector.
Strong knowledge of travel booking systems, tools, and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other travel-related software.
